Hibiscus Run Lover

6 oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Hibiscus Syrup
Pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish

Combine pineapple juice, syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Strain and distribute into highball (tall) glass with fresh ice. Add Cherry and pineapple to garnish.

Greyhound Spritzer

2 oz Sparkling Water
4 oz Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz of Rosemary Syrup
Sprig of rosemary for garnish

In a tall glass filled with ice combine the rosemary simple syrup and grapefruit juice. Stir then top with sparkling water and stir again. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Blueberry Burlesque

1 oz Lime-Mint Syrup
1 oz Blueberry Puree
Ginger Beer
Sprig of Mint

Combine and shake all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker tin with ice, and then strain over fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with mint sprig

sPICED mOck-Jito

2 oz Lime Juice
5 Fresh Mint Leaves, Torn
1 tsp Cinnamon Syrup
Sparkling Water
Lime Wheels, For Garnish
Mint Sprig, For Garnish

In the bottom of a highball glass, muddle lime juice, mint leaves, and cinnamon syrup until the leaves are crushed and aromatic. Fill the glass with ice and top it off with soda water. Gently stir the drink with a bar spoon until the mint leaves are evenly distributed from the bottom. Garnish off with fresh lime wheels and a large fresh mint sprig. Serve with a straw.
