Spicy Bourbon Pineapple Smash
1 sprig of fresh mint leaves, 2 chucks of pineapples, 2 ounces bourbon, 2 dash Angostura bitters, 1 ounce pineapple-habanero shrub
In a cocktail shaker, muddle pineapple and mint with the pineapple-habanero shrub. Add bourbon and bitters to the shaker. Fill 1/2 way with ice. Cover and shake for 30 seconds to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over a large, fresh ice cube. Garnish with a pineapple wheel and fresh mint sprig
