Orange-Cinnamon Shrub
Ingredients: Organic Cane Sugar, Organic White Vinegar, Oranges, and Cinnamon Sticks
Refrigerate after opening.
Orange Cinnamon Sour
2.5 ounces rum, 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon Juice, 1 large Egg (Whites Only), ice, garnish, orange wheel.
Put all the ingredients but the ice in a shaker and dry shake to combine the flavors for about 30 seconds. Once shaken, add plenty of ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is ice-cold. Distribute the drink through a cocktail strainer into whisky glasses with a bit of ice.
