The Midnight Diplomat
2 ounces vodka, ¾ ounces mixed berry shrub, ½ ounce dry vermouth, ¼ ounce amaro, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, Lemon peel and rosemary.
In a mixing glass, combine vodka, mixed berry shrub, dry vermouth, amaro, and bitters. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled (about 20–30 seconds). Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass. Express a lemon peel over the drink and drop it in. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.
Refrigerate after opening.
